These Terms of Use (the "Terms") refer to the services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Traversal Ltd (“we” or “us”), including the GeoMove API, georuka.com, and other services operated by Traversal Ltd. By accessing or using all or parts of the service you (“you”, or “user”) are consenting to be bound by these terms of service. These terms form the whole agreement between you and us. If you do not agree to the Terms you must stop using the Service immediately.

We do not provide a guarantee that the Service will be available uninterrupted, nor do we provide a guarantee that the service will be accessible to all users. We retain the right to change or shutdown all or part of the Service at any time without notice. We retain the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice. To use the service you must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse access to the service if you do not meet these criteria.

Some features of the Service will require you to provide an email address and password so that you can access your Service user account. It is the user’s responsibility to keep these account credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with other users. You agree that you will be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Service user account. You may close your Traversal account by accessing the ‘Close Account’ setting on your account page, or by contacting contact@traversal.co.uk

You accept that we have no liability for:

• - mistakes in information or data provided by the Service.
• - decisions you make from your usage of the Service
• - loss of income or costs incurred through use of the Service
• - third-party content linked to from our Service

These Terms will not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or misrepresentation.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, re-sell, disable, or otherwise harm or interfere with any part of the Service other than when we expressly permit you to do so in writing. You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Your access to the service will be removed if you have been found to violate the provisions in these terms.

You may link to the Service, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. The Service must not be framed on any other site. If the security of the Service, or the safety of user data is compromised, we will inform users immediately via email and implement any safeguards we believe are necessary.

Some features of the Service are only available through additional payment from the user. Payments are made on a monthly subscription basis. Either side can terminate the agreement with one month’s notice. We retain the right to change prices with 1 months notice. Payment for services does not remove our right to terminate your access iimmediately if you are found to be violating any of the provisions in the Terms.

We collect personal data to identify you for purposes of authentication, request tracking, and billing. The data we collect for this Service is covered by our privacy policy. Please refer to the full Privacy Policy document.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Service, and in the material and content published on it by us (“Content”). Copyright laws and treaties around the world protect those works. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the Content from our Service for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. Traversal Ltd respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. Content which is determined to be infringing or violating such rights will be removed in accordance with applicable laws.
